“Quality means mastering the invisible.”

For the 02/26 issue of Autostadt Leben magazine, I photographed Jasmin Müller, Quality Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg. Her job: making sure guests never notice the effort behind a perfect stay – only the result. My job was to show exactly these behind-the-scenes processes and the attention to detail by the people who make things run.
